The friendliness and service that Jarad Henry from LJ Hooker Glenelg displayed during the listing to settlement process was exemplary. The property needed a facelift, Jarad offered his suggestions on maintenance that would be beneficial for the property prior to it's release to the market, he also co-ordinated the tradespeople and their work was exceptional and completed in the required time frames. Thanks to Jarad's advice and experience, the timing of the property's release on the market was crucial, whilst we were keen to list this as soon as possible i.e. early December, it was advised to hold this off prior to Christmas and release it to the market fully renovated and styled in mid-January when it was expected that buyers would be more active.
